MCCRE is a diverse group involved in the practice of commercial real estate or providing services to commercial real estate in Montgomery County, Texas. 
Organized as a non-profit, MCCRE:
  • Promotes the economic development of Montgomery County in an orderly and aesthetically pleasing manner to prospective businesses and developers
  • Publicizes current and future business and commercial activity in Montgomery County
  • Engages in charitable activities that benefit residents in Montgomery County
  • Furthers the education of its members in the field of commercial real estate through informative programming

MCCRE membership is open to all who practice in the commercial real estate industry and meet the following requirements: Have a sponsoring member; Attend two lunch meetings prior to membership approval; Application approved by Board of Directors at our bi-monthly board meeting. 
The dues are $100 annually and provide members with discounts to all MCCRE functions and can promote your business in the online MCCRE membership directory.
