a diverse group of individuals who are involved in the practice of commercial real estate or who provide services to the commercial real estate profession in Montgomery County, Texas.
Organized as a non-profit corporation, CREAM:
- Promotes the economic development of Montgomery County in an orderly and aesthetically pleasing manner to prospective businesses and developers.
- Publicizes current and future business and commercial activity in Montgomery County.
- Engages in charitable activities that benefit residents in Montgomery County.
- Furthers the education of its members in the field of commercial real estate through informative programming.
