Danny Rice Bio:

In July 2023, Danny joined Colliers Houston as President of the brokerage operations, leading a team of 120+ brokers and support staff. With over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has a diverse background in brokerage, marketing, research, technology, and management. His primary focus at Colliers Houston is to foster the growth of top brokers and elevate client services as the firm and Houston's market expand. Before this role, Danny was the Executive Managing Director & Market Leader for Central & West Florida markets at Colliers, managing a team of 145 professionals engaged in property leasing and sales across various sectors. Prior to that, he had a successful career at Xceligent, where he rose to the position of Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing a substantial team and contributing to product development. His career began at Colliers Orlando, where he initially worked as an intern and later became an Office broker, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. His accolades include being named in the Orlando Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2022 and recognition as one of Orlando's Top Workplaces by the Orlando Sentinel.
